The only thing I didn't give another star for is because ... this is my "go to" place ... but I never knew about the Dunkin app, and the points. The person at the window. The person on the microphone ... always remember me and my order. They never once offered or told me about the app. But I always received the flyer for "hiring" ... even though I'm a business Owner :)
I went here for a year straight without the app!
I emailed Corporate Dunkin on Instagram. They read it and never responded (not this Store's fault) ... Just a suggestion. If you notice a regular here, OFFER them the app and make sure to tell them to download it.
I know this holds the line especially in the morning but this keeps the REGULARS returning on a daily basis.“
