Lemon Leaf Cafe

I don't often visit Smynra, but when I do I see they are adding shops and restaurants. We almost drove past this place, but saw the, "open," flag and decided to stop by. This was their brunch hour, and it was rather early. We were seated in a lovely room, and I admired the carefully restored building and the decor. LEMON LEAF CAFE - new owner, tasty menu remains, improved small dining rooms We were sad to see the closing of the Lemon Leaf Cafe in Chestertown, MD but learned of its re-opening under new ownership in Smyrna, DE. We took a fieldtrip to do small retail and had lunch at Lemon Leaf. The building is old city charm beautiful and the inside has many small dining rooms downstairs and upstairs. This past Sunday, wife & I did brunch and it was our first time visiting. I ordered crab Benedict and she order bacon & eggs. Very nice presentment and outstanding quality. Ambiance is great and service friendly & timely. I highly recommend.
