Asiago chicken sandwich has declined - chicken was really small from what I've had in the past. This was especially disappointing because of the inflated cost of the meal. The French fries were tasty and hot. Service was slow. Beverage machine was out of most non- carbonated drink options (vitamin water/ lemonade) and ice machine broken.Both ketchup dispensers were empty.
The place was dirty. Soda machine was not cleaned or the area. The bathroom floor was dirty. Trash on the floor. They didn't want to look into why the app didn't work for 3.00 off. They got mgr after I asked to see one.
