None of the employees working with the fryers were wearing gloves, which there are ways around that. However, we watched one of them grabbing nuggets bare handed. When they scooped the fries, they replaced the scoop back in the fries after not wearing gloves.

It's alittle pricey but good fresh food

Wendy's serves ok fast food, accommodating special orders well. However, customer service and cleanliness could be improved. The Asiago chicken sandwich has declined in quality, and service can be slow. On the other hand, the French fries are often hot and tasty. Some locations have exceptional service, making accommodations for unavailable ingredients.
