Over the past year, this food truck has stood out to me the most. Whether it’s the wonderful energy, the heavenly smell coming from the truck, or the food itself, it is always a great experience.
They serve some of, if not the best, soul food I’ve had in the state of Delaware. The salmon was a tad salty, but paired with the green beans and mac and cheese, everything still came together beautifully.

Food that hits the spot EVERY time !!! They never disappoint!!!
I recently had a birthday party and used Scraped The Plate to cater the event. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered fried fish, wings with 3 different sauces, Mac and cheese, yams, string beans, salmon rice, banana pudding, just to name a few. My guests kept asking me and my husband who the name of the caterers were. These caterers will definitely be our go to for any future events. Thank you ladies for the amazing food.
