“We used Skyline Catering for my daughter's baby shower and from start to finish they were amazing. We went with the brunch and added a carving station. They food was all above amazing. I must say the turkey was some of the best I have ever ate. And the pastries and muffins were so good. The staff handled the whole event and cleaned up. “Over the past year, this food truck has stood out to me the most. Whether it’s the wonderful energy, the heavenly smell coming from the truck, or the food itself, it is always a great experience.

They serve some of, if not the best, soul food I’ve had in the state of Delaware. The salmon was a tad salty, but paired with the green beans and mac and cheese, everything still came together beautifully.

Every time I see this truck, I already know what my meal is going to be for the day. I’m also not afraid of sauce, but they absolutely won me over with the blueberry sauce for the deep-fried shrimp. “Excellent meal and of course it's a little pricey but, it's an upscale place and it's not totally out of line. You get what you pay for and it was well worth it. I got a ribeye steak that's probably the best I've had in years. Everything was excellent...cocktails, appetizers, all top notch. Service was great as well, Elijah was our server. All to be expected from a top-notch place like this. We had a totally enjoyable experience!“
