“Had the pleasure having Ennis BBQ the other night. We ordered two pulled pork sandwiches, mac and cheese, cornbread and brisket sliders. The portions were massive and I took the rest for lunch the next day. Everything was exceptional and they let me try all the bbq I wanted. ( that really made me happy) Thanks guys you rock! We forgot a number of items for some of the things we handled internally (a knife and server for our custom sheet cake among other things). Viji ran out to purchase them to make sure that we had a seamless event. She and her team went above and beyond. Would 100% use them again.“
“I had the opportunity to try Ole tapas for our end of year lunch at school. The menu for the day had six options and they even had a dessert option. I went with the nachos. The portion size was very generous. I only wish that there was more meat than beans. The top layers of the nachos packed a good bite, by the time I reached the bottom the nachos were very soggy and wet from the beans. The churros were delicious. They were served warm and were cooked to perfection. Overall I thought this was pretty tasty for a food truck. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get the food out to over 50 people.“
“The team did an amazing job for our North Dakota State fan tailgate as the football team faced off against the U of Delaware. Over 300 people were fed with fresh off the grill burgers, brats, hotdogs, & delicious sides. Chef Stephanie and her team epitomized great service and hard work for 4+ hours onsite. The pricing was very reasonable and they easily adjusted as our attendence increased. The crowd praised compliments to our alumni group about the meal and the service that Twice The Spice provided. If the Blue Hens host the Bison again, we'll be making only one call to Carmelia.“

“First time here. I brought my husband here for his birthday. It definitely did not disappoint. Beautiful decor. Wait staff Kelly and Wade were amazing. Very helpful and patient. Started off with appetizers. We had the Alligator meatballs and shrimp lejon. Main course we both had filet mignon with twice baked potatoes and brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked to perfection. We ended our delicious meal with dessert. We chose the bread pudding and peanut butter and chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. Will definitely return. Thank you for an Amazing. Spectacular. “My employer caters lunch twice a week from Pamela's Gourmet. If there were more than 5 stars I'd mark them all. I'm a vegetarian, and Pamela's gourmet create delicious meals, including artichoke, banana peppers, olives and so much more from the typical vegetarian options. Their homemade salad dressings are the best I've tasted....ever.
