Just bought some pretzels. When I got home 10 minutes later, my almond pretzels were not only very skinny, but also hard as a rock. They must have been sitting there for a couple hours. You should be ashamed of yourselves for serving such a horrible product with the prices you charge.
Never again!!!
Customer safety is clearly not important to this location. On a day like today when it is raining they do not have a mat at the entrance. I walked in and lost my footing and nearly fell. The staff was less than caring. The cashier was smirking after the incident. Please address this situation for the safety of your customers.
