Good store , we stopped by on Saturday morning 11:30 ish and there were not a crowd. We were served with hot pretzel and staffs are friendly , attentive , quick service. Like the seating outside of the store and it was mall setup though.
One of the few places I HAVE to stop at when I go to the mall. They are great for a fast treat and have added a bunch of new choices. Thier cinnamon pretzels are still by far my favorite. The Auntie Anne's in the concord mall is one of the best in the area, they give speedy service and offer good quality food.
These pretzels are amazing. Many available options for regular pretzels, cinnamon sugar, almond, etc. They also offer small, bite sized nugget pretzels that are just as enjoyable. They taste fresh and never disappoint.
