Paid for extra extra cheese and extra fried onions. Didn't get get either. Very disappointed. The worst chicken cheesesteak and ripped off paying extra that I didnt get. It was a man that cooked.

Capriottis used to be very good but now they are weighing the meat they put on there sandwiches and cut it back to 1/4 of what they used to put on sandwiches. It's nothing but bread! Git a turkey sub and it was like eating a mayonnaise sub!
If it was always weighed, you reduced the weight you put on it by A LOT! BREAD SANDWICH NOW!

Update: went back and got a turkey sub and paid extra 27$ for extra turkey and it still had hardly anything on it, apparently the employees did get memo about increasing the meat on sandwiches! Also sat there while I was waiting and watched the guy working register wheel a trash can out the front door, come back in and continue to take orders and hand people there bags of food without washing his hands, disgusting! This place has really went downhill

Julia has a very nasty attitude! I asked her to remake sandwich since she was playing with it! She told me no...They made me a sandwich I wouldn't give my dog! The young boy with dreads MY SON COMING FOR YOU!

Although the flavor of the roast beef was good, there was hardly any of it on the sub. Like another person said in their review, it was mostly bread. For $15 and some change, I would certainly have expected to have a lot more beef on the roast beef sub.

Was there this evening and ordered a classic Italian hoagie. Instead they gave me a hoagie that had mayo, turkey, ham, bacon, and some lettuce. Awful awful experience and probably won't be back.

I ordered small Italian sub, with pickles, NO peppers for my 89 yr old mother. Unfortunately, her sub was full of hot pepper flakes. She kept coughing until she told me what the problem was, as her nose was running. We picked off as much as we could.
I gave her the other half of my sub to take home for tomorrow.
I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Ridiculous amount of meat. The response below says that they have always weighed their food. It wasn't much meat on the sub before, but this time it was literally a veggie sandwich. I will never support this business again. Total rip off.

I love this place! I've been to a few of their locations and they make a great cheesesteak and their subs are wonderful, too. Food is very fresh and tasty. Staff is helpful. I don't understand why so many negative reviews land here. Our experience was great and we will be back!

Picked up my online order. Horrible atmosphere. People were miserable. I rarely write reviews but this was insane. People left due to not even being acknowledged. Awful.

I dropped in to grab a quick sandwich, and it was a smooth process. I have no complaints.

Lately, Capriotti's has become hit or miss. Though the taste is similar, the quality has decreased substantially. I won't stop going. Keep hope alive.

Parking: Because it's part of a small strip mall, parking can be challenging.

I've been coming here for years. I've ordered many decent sandwiches over the years. They've always cooked steaks the way I've asked and always made sandwiches as ordered until today. New guy with "manager" shirt. I asked him to take the meat for my steak off a little early. He started telling me that the meat is machine processed and needs to be cooked to a certain temperature by law. The law ACTUALLY says... "unless ordered by the immediate end user". When he was told that, and told I've been getting it that way for years, he pulled out his serve card like that meant he knew more. I reinforced him what the law says and he said "I'm not comfortable doing that". So I left. He needs to KNOW the law if he want to claim it.
