I love this place! I've been to a few of their locations and they make a great cheesesteak and their subs are wonderful, too. Food is very fresh and tasty. Staff is helpful. I don't understand why so many negative reviews land here. Our experience was great and we will be back!

Picked up my online order. Horrible atmosphere. People were miserable. I rarely write reviews but this was insane. People left due to not even being acknowledged. Awful.

I dropped in to grab a quick sandwich, and it was a smooth process. I have no complaints.

Lately, Capriotti's has become hit or miss. Though the taste is similar, the quality has decreased substantially. I won't stop going. Keep hope alive.
Parking: Because it's part of a small strip mall, parking can be challenging.

I've been coming here for years. I've ordered many decent sandwiches over the years. They've always cooked steaks the way I've asked and always made sandwiches as ordered until today. New guy with "manager" shirt. I asked him to take the meat for my steak off a little early. He started telling me that the meat is machine processed and needs to be cooked to a certain temperature by law. The law ACTUALLY says... "unless ordered by the immediate end user". When he was told that, and told I've been getting it that way for years, he pulled out his serve card like that meant he knew more. I reinforced him what the law says and he said "I'm not comfortable doing that". So I left. He needs to KNOW the law if he want to claim it.

This place always messes up my order. I ordered a cheese steak and got home to discover it was a chicken cheesesteak. The turkey subs hardly have meat on them. When you complain, they give you a coupon on the app and you have 90 days to use it. Caps used to be the best cheesesteaks and subs. Something has gone terribly wrong with this company.

For all the hype, the Capriotti's Cheese Steak I just paid $13.29 for the medium is NOT worth the exorbitant price. It was more roll than steak and tasteless. What a rip off!
Not sure how the star system works, but I chose one for poor.
The Capriotti’s shop usually has customers waiting in line, phone is ringing off the hook and more than one person making the sub stuffing it with meat. HOWEVER it was interesting to notice the one at THIS LOCATION , there wasn’t one customer dining in or any takeout orders but the one online order by my brother. I didn’t think much of it and assumed we’d get the same quality & quantity of meat as the other Capriotti’s on Marsh Road.
It was VERY disappointing when we unwrapped the subs to find the meat was less than bare minimum.. I know one thing, my family & I will NEVER return to THIS LOCATION. We have been ripped off!! The bread wasn’t fresh either! The turkey bobbie cranberry sauce tasted like grape jam! The turkey sub had more mayo than meat. The amount of meat on this sub was also very scant.
What a horrible sub sandwiches experience pre Father’s Day. Now I see the reason this place wasn’t busy on a Saturday midday ! Who can afford to pay top dollar for subs with more cheap condiments spread on stale bread without the main ingredient?

I ordered a cheesesteak with fried onions, mushrooms, sweet peppers, and pickles. The cheesesteak was overcooked and was like leather. The other ingredients were few and far between. I won't be going back there again.

Went to Capriotti's for my first time, ordered a chicken cheesesteak. First thing, there wasn't an option for a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak, second the chicken was extremely dry and hard to eat, very light on cheese, cheese is the first part of cheesesteak. The roll was the only good part about the entire experience. Don't call yourself a sandwich shop, if you can't make a sandwich. Service wasn't friendly at all. I will never go to another Capriotti's.Since this review, corporate has contacted me, stating that I need to suggest they add a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak to the menu. No mention of the sandwich itself being horrible, put a link in their response to talk to someone about my experience. No one has reached out to me in over 2 weeks, since I created the ticket, to be contacted about my experience, no offer of compensation for my horrible food. What a awful franchise, they should be ashamed of themselves!!!! Whatever happened to caring for your customers, quality control, and pride in your product? Capriottis has none of these qualities in their business, stay far away from this franchise!!!!

I got 6 Bobbie subs before a meeting. There were 2 with specific withholding requests which appeared on the receipt (one no mayo and one no cranberry sauce). Those were not honored. All six were all the same. Otherwise I’d give it a 5-star rating, but special requests must be honored.
