After a slow burn at the nearby Western Family YMCA with Amy at Yin Yoga, I always like to check out the local resources and businesses to see what's happening in the area. I'm glad that I did as there was a small voucher for a meal replacement and complimentary energy tea for my first visit. Popped in here one day just because. Had no expectations. Now I’ve been coming for about a week and a half, working with my coach Luke, and I am SO happy I popped in!! I’ve already lost weight in just a few days and can’t wait to see what happens next. Never thought I’d be into something like this, but Luke has totally changed my mindset. All of the staff is super friendly and seem to genuinely care about their job and clients. Thank you all ??
