Popped in here one day just because. Had no expectations. Now I’ve been coming for about a week and a half, working with my coach Luke, and I am SO happy I popped in!! I’ve already lost weight in just a few days and can’t wait to see what happens next. Never thought I’d be into something like this, but Luke has totally changed my mindset. All of the staff is super friendly and seem to genuinely care about their job and clients. Thank you all ??

After a slow burn at the nearby Western Family YMCA with Amy at Yin Yoga, I always like to check out the local resources and businesses to see what's happening in the area. I'm glad that I did as there was a small voucher for a meal replacement and complimentary energy tea for my first visit. When I stopped in I was welcomed to the energy of the staff that took the time to walk me through the menu and their personal favorites. The key lime pie Smoothie caught my eye so I went with that. Luke went the store card that gives you the complimentary opportunity to try a new item on the menu with every visit. Whether you are trying to grab a bite on the run and don't actually have time to chew, Limestone Nutrition will be a great alternative to switch it up through the daily grind.

I can't get enough of the Salted Caramel Shake with peanuts added.Kid-friendliness: My children are big fans of the shakes and love a sip of my Strawberry Lemonade Energy drink!

Shakes are good, but I like Bear Nutrition better! They cater to the clients individual needs and not the "brand". Too commercial here!
