I was at Crossroads restaurant on Saturday. I was waiting for a friend of mine. So I was seated at a table to wait because the waiting area was fill. I told the person who was seating people my name, I was waiting for a lady and her name was Martha. About 15 minutes goes by and she starts texting me, asking me if i was close. I replied, "I'm here" the person who seated me walked pass me about 4 times to seat other people and I asked him if she had came in and he said know. She kept on texting me so I thought I would go to the front door and there she sat outside. I didn't mentioned she was caucasian and I'm black. I've mentioned this to several people and they think the same thing. Because of our color, he was expecting the person I was waiting for was black. I called today to speak to the manager who was there (10/27/25) and she would not hear it. She goes with the same old story -- we hire all race. Which has nothing to do with how I was treated or the person who seated me.

Just left here to go to Applebee’s. Walked in with my family and the host was very nice showed us to our booth. 25 mins goes by not one of the 4 servers who walk by us stopped at our table. We decided to leave after a table got sat in our section and a server immediately came up to them to take their drink order. I guess we just weren’t welcome. Which is sad because we used to frequent Crossroads before they closed a few years ago .

Removing the Charlie memorial from a public sidewalk and lying that it rained on and damaged the items when you got caught? People are smarter than this. Won't ever visit your restaurant again. Never was a good as the previous owners anyway.

To remove a candle lit memorial from a public sidewalk is distasteful. We recognize and respect your right to employ all the LGHDTV people you want, and we understand that their beliefs may not align with Charlie’s beliefs, but to remove the memorial just days after this attack is disgusting and I hope and pray it negatively impacts your business, you earned it 👍

Pleasant casual atmosphere. Friendly, efficient waitress. Good food. Grilled shrimp salad & omelet. Grateful for turkey sausage option. Melon in fruit salad was green.
Nothing fancy. Good service. Good food. What more would you want from a restaurant. Portions out of this world. I just wish it wasn't 30 miles away.

I was getting my tires changed across the street and decided to come here for a club sandwich. Everyone who served on me was ver friendly, that includes customers, my turkey club was fantastic.

Service was wonderful. I got biscuits and sausage gravy which was good and the serving size was large. My only complaint is when you serve shredded hashbrowns the serving needs to be thin and crispy. Mine had no crunch and were soggy, I couldn't eat them.
