This evening I was informed that the Dominos on Kirkwood Highway In Wilmington Delaware only excepts orders online.. they no longer take walk-in orders.
Someone make this make sense?

I placed a delivery order @4pm. Order said would be 15 to 27 mins... I start calling after that time NO ONE answered the phone. It's now after 5pm and still on hold with store. I grab my keys and bag because I'm about to to pull up to store. I open my door and my orders are on the GROUND at my door blowing in the wind!! They never have the best service, but this one was the worst! Order late and cold after I spent my hard earned money with a tip.. they need to shut down...NEVER AGAIN!!!

My pizzas were burnt and cold. It took over 45 minutes for delivery. I tried to call store. No one answered. Had to listen to recording for 15 minutes and still got no one.

This store manager is a joke. She refused to give me her name and just said," dont worry about it, you already paid for it."

The app said delivery would be about an hour. Here we are an hour later and my order hasn't even hit the oven yet. This location always takes double the time if not longer, and I literally live around the corner.

Everyone seems to be having the same issues with this location recently. I was just yelled at, laughed at, and hung up on by some girl claiming to be the manager. Twice. Because my pizzas were delivered to the wrong house..

Tried to order on line with earned $3 coupon, which put me $1 under $17+. Need choose more items 2 order, my normal tip would have put me back over $needed. Called store, rep w/Asian accent, limited English. I said I was having an issue ordering online.. He said yes, you need order online?, I asked 4 Mgr, he pretended he was. No order.. shame.. I was Hungry, n I like their food.. was 1st time I bothered trying 2use the earned coupons as the xpire in 7days.. customer lost.

This store has very unprofessional staff. First they put their phone, intentionally on hold and we kept calling without being answered. Next they made a thin crust instead of hand toast and never accepted their mistake. Must avoid this store..!!

Ordered pizza and 3 calls and an hour and a half later still no pizza. Everyone we called said they are busy and it was on the way. Just bad timing and bad communication. Do not recommend.
