Some of the food is good and some is so-so. The atmosphere is tailored for a crowd who is 60+ The fish market side always has the best lobsters around! I recently ordered the fried clam dinner and was extremely disappointed to see that they were pre-frozen from a bag that I could have bought in the freezer section at Acme and spent 1/2 the price.
I love the all you can eat Dungeness crab leg nights! The restaurant has a really great menu, but I visited a couple of times to take advantage of the crab legs and haven't been disappointed yet. There's an upstairs and downstairs dining area, but I would recommend calling for a reservation because it is popular and can get quite busy. Give them a try because I think you'll love them for date night, ladies' night out, or a family meal.
I came upon this place. An institutional seafood eatery that has been around for 50+ years. All-you-can-eat dungeon crabs every Tuesday's and Thursday's (3-9pm) - crabs must be in season! Very friendly service, and the place was packed with an hour wait if you arrive at 6-7 pm.
