I seriously can not stop saying WOW! My boyfriend and I decided to try Gaudiello's after seeing an article on Google that it is the #1 rated sub/hoagie shop in Delaware, and I can see why!! I ordered a Special Italian Sub with no onions, lettuce or tomatoes (yeah, I'm a picky eater at almost 40 lol) and extra meat, and I can tell you now, that was the BEST Italian sub I have EVER had in my life!! I ordered the Italian Hoagie with side of Mac and cheese. The sandwich tasted good but not much meat, unfortunately, and the Mac was just ok. The service was so good, though, that I'd definitely go back and try something else next time! Nice little spot with very friendly staff. I'll be back.

This is no chain, Gaudiello's is the real deal. Not big, not fancy, just solid great subs. I've had half the menu and everything I tried was on point. Friendly service and fast.

Vegetarian options: The hot veg sub is delicious, a tad on the spicy side but you can ask to not include the peppers if that's your preference.
