Today was our 1st visit back to this location in several months. Our previous visit did not hit the mark to put it nicely. However, today was an all around great experience. Food and service were both 5 stars. The changes that were made are very noticeable, we will be back soon!

Overall; ehh, ok. Food was typical IHOP food, seasoned well and yummy. Service was slow and they didn't keep an eye on those in their area. Orders wrong or incomplete.We (2) joined some family (3 people) that were already at the restaurant. They had ordered food and drinks.A few minutes later, our family received their orders. One of the orders was incorrect. They took that plate back and confirmed what to get.We asked the waiter if we could place our order, and he said we had to wait.Another waitress came and took our order and brought the "correct" food for the third person. Unfortunately, it was still wrong, but similar enough and by then she was too hungry.Our food and drink orders were taken.Coffee, water, chicken fried steak meal with eggs over easy and french toast. Bacon jam eggs Benedict.We got our coffee. Then food came out. With scrambled eggs and pancakes.Everything was delicious. However it would be nice to get what we actually ordered.When we finished our meal, we finally got our water.The wait staff was nice.... when you were able to get their attention somehow. They seemed very "only one customer/only one thing at a time" focused. We asked for a box for the food, she left and came back with one plate for another table, no box. Came back with a glass of water.... still no box. Finally, when she saw us staring at her, she brought the box.It was not crowded.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free items!!!!

I recently went to this IHOP with a party of 4. We were sat immediately and our server was nice and helpful throughout the experience. The food took almost an hour to come out (I used to work in a restaurant so I know sometimes the cooks can get overwhelmed) but there were only a few other tables seated and they came afterwards, so there was no reason to be waiting this long. Once we finally got the food we had ordered, everyone got their food except for me...I had to wait even longer for them to bring my food out. We all ordered pancakes with our meals and they were the worst pancakes I had ever seen ( they were falling apart and separating). We got one set of pancakes remade. The hash browns were rock solid on top and barely cooked in the middle. We tried to eat what was edible and when the server came around asking us for boxes we said no. The food was not worth the money at all. Our tab was $80 and when we spoke to the manager asking if he could compensate the bill, he took off $8. Absurd. Will never be going to IHOP again.

This was my first time at this location and I was expecting a regular IHOP experience but I got so much more! Not to call them out, but when my partner and I went, we were the only 2 there and it honestly made the time spent there so much better. I don't remember the host/waiter's name but it won't be too hard considering he was the only one there for the front of house. After being seated and waiting for a bit, another person walked in and we thought he was picking up a mobile order but low and behold, the cook is walking out from the back and seating the new customer that walked in the door! Being the only 3 people in the restaurant felt surreal but made it so much more memorable and honestly quite funny. We had a great time and the host was so kind and accommodating. The food was delicious and considering I was having a waffle craving, this hit the spot!

WE’LL DEFINITELY BE VISITING AGAIN/OFTEN/SOON!!!! ITS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE!!!!!!P.S. I remember ihop being a place you go to for good food at a reasonable price. First time in a while I been to one an try nickel and dime you for every thing.Server messed my order up twice and then it took almost 40 minutes to even get all of my food. Nothing good to say about this place. Before my visit I made an online order that came out wrong, the manager called me and told me he’d rectify this issue on my next visit. Fast forward to my visit, the host was rude, the server Jon was not attentive and only input what he thought we wanted into the computer. Nothing he brought out even closely matched sop or our requests. I flagged the manager down and he could care less because he was more concerned with smoking his vape between the dining hall and the kitchen doors. Because the server saw me speak to their manager they abandoned us. They didn’t bring over the check or ask for payment. I nearly walked out because of the lack of interaction. I spoke with the manager on my way out and told him I left $15 on the table. He demanded I pay the rest less about $5.00, in which he went back on his original statement of taking care of the previous incident. The online order experience in conjunction with the dining experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth almost to the point that I’ll never visit another ihop again. I hope that the Dr. Wahl refuses to sign another lease with them because they don’t bring value to that shopping center at all.

Kudos to the wait staff.Seated and drinks in 10 mins...45Minutes later no food after ordering with drinks. That's a problem.Wait staff get tips from the hard work of line cooks.I've never walked out of a restaurant until today.
Service by our waitress was fine but overall it was a horrible experience. It took 45 minutes to an hour to get any food. The only reason the kids got their food was because we requested a manager. I never received my food and canceled it because I was over it. Outside of one of the managers expediting the kids food, there was no accommodation.

It was National Pancake day and they were giving out a free short stack...so I stopped by for a quick lunch.As I was shown my table, there were a handful of servers just sitting around as they weren't that busy.In a few minutes a young server came to my table, I told him I was just getting the short stack and a water, but that I planned to tip him appropriately. He replied, "That's all?" To which I answered "Yes, but I will definitely tip you."I think he discounted me as not worthy of service then, because when he brought my water, he just slapped it down, then came back with my pancakes and did the same with a reach around a corner to do so.He never said another word to me or stopped by to check in or anything...so I had to grab a syrup bottle off another table.The normal price of the short stack is about $7.50, and I was going to leave him $5...instead I left $1.70, which is still a 22% tip.I checked in a the host stand on the way out, just so they didn't think I was doing a dine and dash...The pancakes were pretty good though, and I appreciate the promotion...with better service, I might have been more inclined to return some tme.
