2nd time at this ihop food is always good and fairly priced. Had a wonderful server I believe his name is William he has braces . He was super polite and was very impressed by his customer service. Brought us fresh coffee and got us our food in timely manner. I hope he’s stays around because he’s a great server! Definitely coming back.
Good is great like always. The issue is just not having nearly enough staff on duty. I've been there a few times where of they had a couple of more servers on and a couple more cooks in the back, they could have had a full house. Unfortunately, a third of the tables at least could not be used due to lack of employees. Great place, but management has to figure something out to not lose revenue and provide a great service as well.

I love eating here. The only problem is they're understaffed. You have to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated when half of the restaurant is empty. Today I decided to order and takeout and the wait time for that is longer than if I would have ordered online and had it delivered. People are constantly coming in and leaving because of the wait time. They are losing business because of being understaffed.
