The quality of the famous bowl I ordered was within KFC standards. The dining room atmosphere was average for lunchtime.The staff was very overwhelmed with drive-through and online orders. Drivers were correcting order errors. It took 10 min for the staff to acknowledge me standing at the register.I stopped an associate and asked if it was better to go through the drive-through. The response was "you could," and continued what she was doing.
Based on other reviews I got lucky. Line was short and the food was good. Would be 5 but they gave my daughter mash potatoes instead of Mac and cheese. My daughter is going to school near by so we may come more often so will keep you updated.

The food is always the same! The truth is, nothing that surprises you, the only thing that surprises you is THE BAD TREATMENT OF THEIR EMPLOYEES! The customer service is terrible, I'm serious! I've been there 3 times and the people who serve are very rude (women) to the public! So terrible to eat there. The truth is I went because I like chicken and it's the only one nearby!
