Moro Bistro offers generous portions and reasonable prices for this caliber of cooking. Guests have enjoyed the beef tartare, duck confit salad, chorizo meatballs with polenta, and the Iberico pork special. The heirloom tomatoes with burrata stood out, with fresh tomatoes and creamy burrata. Other favorites include the tour of iberico pork, porkbelly, butterfly pork chop with smoked mozzarella, stone fruit salad, Caesar, beef tartar, tuna tastings, snapper, scallops, grits, and a ribeye so tender. Desserts made in house include banana cheesecake, carrot cake, and more. The chef's tasting menu is an incredible journey, with creative flavors and perfectly crafted sauces. Service is warm, knowledgeable, friendly, casual, and perfectly paced. One negative was excessive noise in the room, and the waiter did not explain the prices of the specials. Overall, Moro Bistro is a favorite and an experience worth returning to.
