Super Unprofessional I called try to place a order for two large pizza I was told 53$ so I told them I would call back because I was unsure if I wanted it or not because for two pizzas that was kind of pricey. I call back and ask for the same thing then get told it would be 57$ so I asked the guy what changed he got loud and smart then hung up in my ear when all I did was ask why the price changed I know the business is in the inner city but that doesnât mean be rude and not have any customer service skills. I will never spend my money there again or allow any of my friends or family to go there.

What's they deal I called the latino guy answered and my call after he took my address which its 4 mins away and asked me for my order then my call failed I called back and he said we no longer delivering to your location I said the called failed then he said oh the called failed ok what would you like .......like what dude so I hung up screw this place and they food

We ordered from Omega's a few weeks ago and it was pretty good. We ordered a large pizza half cheese, half bacon/pineapple. They messed up the order and had to remake it. They were very apologetic and offered us a free two liter soda for the wait. I declined the two liter and accepted a 20 oz. I thought that nice of them and was happy that they realized that our time was valuable. I would definitely patronize them in the future.
Fast and speedy service. Great customer service. Pizza & sandwiches are delicious.

rumor has it that when omega pizza was founded a demonic polar bear was to roam the premises, so I went in today to debunk this myth I ordered a slice of cheese pizza and once I placed my order I heard a loud growl behind me upon turning around a 6â8 polar bear stood there and grabbed my shoulders snarling âtake your pants off nowâ fair to say the polar bear existsâŠleft a changed and scarred man.â5 hell hounds also came chasing after me when I left. Donât know what I did. Never again!!! No way Jose!!!

I called in for pickup, Antipasta Salad, upon arrival I noticed a young lady bringing in sodas from off the back of a pickup truck. I decided I wanted a slice of pizza. She comes from outside, doesn't wash her hands, nor put on gloves and touches the pizza tray. I said to her didn't you just come from outside? She said yeah but I'm going to use tongs. Then she threw the pizza pan and told the owner you get it. I thank her for being offended, cancelled the pizza, paid for my salad and left. Be careful of the chunky girl that works in there. She doesn't wash her hands.
