This apartment building is huge & they have no scheduled cockroach spraying. I’ve seen many cockroaches and they spray in a timely manner when you report, but the roaches just keep coming back because there are so many residents. I don’t know why they wouldnt come and spray monthly for preventative measures. You must take into account that the rent is so much higher than the rest of trolley square as well.
Took me a while to write a review. I lived here for one year. Yes it is a bit on the pricer side. If you can afford it, the location is great! Surrounded by pretty streets. Everything is walking distance (Restaurants, groceries, cvs, liquor stores, parks). I had a great view from my window. I was glad that they had parking as I am terrible at parallel parking. Joanna smith was more than helpful. From making sure we had waters to answering all of our questions with detail Joanna did not miss. The apartments were clean and need and even the lobby was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend these apartments!
