During the Puppy Bowl and halftime, we enjoyed an amazing spread of pastries from Pasteles Roja in Elkton—and everything was absolutely delicious and affordable. The bakery is spotless, beautifully displayed, and such a joy to walk into. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind and helpful.
