We ordered for take out and paid. The food was timely and as requested. When we asked for some barbecue sauce for our plain burger and ranch dressing for our wrap, we were told it would be an extra charge, in a way it seemed we were being dismissed from being given some. I was very surprised at the lack of customer service, but politely insisted and paid the extra $1.80 charge. It took the cashier a few minutes to figure out how to actually ring it up, which just added to the irritating exchange.

My family orders delivery from here once a week! Got their pizza once and it was great, but we're a chicken tenders and french fries family lol and they load you up when you order the meal that comes with fries and a side salad as well. Their breaded wings are also amazing.

Was so hungry. Ordered a slice of pizza and bought a bottle of soda. The pizza was wonderful The cheese was melted, stringy, just a little to hot delicious fresh. I highly recommend this place

Its not awful; but it wont ever be what you want or ordered. Order a buffalo chicken wrap? It will come with buffalo or ranch, not both it was supposed to come with. It also will come with iceberg lettuce, not the romaine promised. Want to order a pepperoni Stromboli with onions and peppers? You'll get sausage instead. Is it bad? No. is it what you wanted and thought you'd get? Also, no. Want a salad? Don't worry, it won't come with the croutons or cheese its supposed to have, but it will still be okay. They just forgot... again. Is it bad? Again, no. Disappointing? Definitely, yes. This isn't rocket science... but you'll be disappointed. This is Pat's across the board. This location most often for me, as this is by my house. But all others are culprits as well. They. Just. Don't. Care.

Great food!!
We get lunch as a perk at work every Saturday and Sunday, and though we could get delivery from anywhere, we almost always choose Pat's.Everything I've had from Pat's is delicious and a cut above the equivalent item from other places. I rotate between a Greek salad, pizza, chicken fingers, and burgers w/fries, and it's all good!
