Since becoming a cancer patient, my food options have been pretty limited, especially needing to stick strictly to gluten free meals. Finding places that truly get it and still deliver on flavor is not easy. Pat’s Pizza absolutely nailed it. Their gluten free pizza is hands down the best I’ve had in Delaware. I’m from New York, so already my expectations are high lol. Pat’s comes pretty close to NY pizza. They are my go to spot in Wilmington and when there were issues with my order they resolved them. I feel they don’t deserve a 3.4. Seems like a few isolated incidents brought their score down.
I’ve ordered from this spot and the flavors are there. Not a NY style place but truly enjoy the flavors of their sauce and cheese. Their buffalo waffle cheese fries are also good.
