I had a very unpleasant experience at Pho Cali in Wilmington. The service was extremely poor — the employees were not friendly or helpful at all. The food itself was very bad and definitely not worth the visit.
There were no napkins on the table, and they didn’t even provide forks, only chopsticks. The place was also not clean, and the tables were not properly set. The overall atmosphere felt messy and poorly maintained.
The staff did not seem trained or interested in serving customers well. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience..

We have been coming here for almost 10 years. The quality has been consistent and quantity is good. I’ve seen many places jacked up the prices after COVID, but this place has stay very reasonable prices. Recently this restaurant renovated and added many more options on menu. It’s definitely a happy surprise. My new go to is the deluxe pho, and tofu pudding. The weekend special rice roll is also very good too! Will recommend others to try this place too.

Everything was so delicious and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients. Perfect for lunch spot In the afternoon or even a lovely date night spot. The decorations and ambiance are really nice with the soothing music and water fountain .
The service was great. Everyone was so friendly and the food once again was delicious. I highly recommend anything with the roast pork that is homemade as well as the bonami sandwiches. This is a place that I will definitely come soon to get another meal.

This place has gone down hill over the years. I dont know if they have new owners or what happend. 26$ for a bowl of beef noodles and 4 spring rolls. 26$ that i felt wasn't close to being fair for the quality of food. The broth wasn't rich or herbal. The beef was dry and tasted like cardboard. The meatballs were spongy and bland. Overall the bowl of soup tasted like chlorinated tapwater. The spring rolls werent much better. This is the 6th time in the last 3 years I've gone and its been bad every time. I try to give it another chance to see if they got it back but they dont. If you want good pho in delaware pho viet is the best place that I've found.
