I had an incredible dining experience at this Vietnamese pho restaurant! The broth was rich and flavorful, clearly made with care and quality ingredients. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the portions were generous. I especially appreciated the fresh herbs and add-ins, allowing me to customize each bowl to my taste. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The atmosphere was cozy and authentic, giving a real taste of Vietnamese culture. I’m a delaware local that’s been going to this place for years so I thought i’d finally do it justice and write a review.
Great food, the food comes in pretty fast even during lunch hours and dinner hours because it’s usually not too crowded
I recommend trying the pork barbeque platter, the beef stew pho with egg noodles, pan fried noodles, and the tendon brisket and flank steak pho— can’t go wrong with these ones.
Overall: 7/10 Don’t expect amazing service or anything fancy, but this is a consistently my top spot to grab Vietnamese food when i’m craving it.
I’ve been coming here for around 2 years, a couple times a month because they have the best soup. I always get the bun Bo hue, it’s absolutely delicious with great portions. The servers are nice and remember my order every time I come in, so I don’t even need a menu. My favorite Vietnamese restaurant.
