Gave a 5 for service because I’m bias…this place deserves 5stars….it’s a nice mom and pop feel so don’t expect gourmet service. Small business and the quality is in the food. Best pho in Wilmington the broth is made with love and time. Great place for pho lovers that have time to enjoy the food. Food comes out quick, hot, and delicious. Beef and brisket pho is my go to!

Consistently outstanding pho on every one of my six or so lunchtime visits. Really excellent. Service is quick and attentive. Atmosphere is perfect for what it is: a casual, non-franchised, pleasant and unpretentious restaurant where the priority is where it belongs, on the food.

I've been eating at this place for 20 years, and I was worried when the owner and their menu changed last year. Their bun bo hue is the bomb!!! It's the best noodle I've ever had!! The amount of meat and noodles is perfect. It has a deep, rich lemongrass flavor. You won't regret eating here.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Pho Cali in Wilmington. The service was extremely poor — the employees were not friendly or helpful at all. The food itself was very bad and definitely not worth the visit.
There were no napkins on the table, and they didn’t even provide forks, only chopsticks. The place was also not clean, and the tables were not properly set. The overall atmosphere felt messy and poorly maintained.
The staff did not seem trained or interested in serving customers well. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience..
