Poor customer service. You guys just have this board for nothing. Doing doordash and waiting here for more than 10mins. The doors are closed and no mobile and delivery pickup available

Atmosphere was very smokey as if they had burned grease smoking from the kitchen. Which should violate the building code as it could be a fire hazard. It made me even more nauseous smelling burned grease while pregnant. The service was terrible. I had to wait over 20 minutes. Food was not good. I had no ketchup for fries, no barbecue sauce for the chicken tenders, no cocktail sauce for fried shrimp. Meal was dry. Meal comes with a biscuit with missing biscuit. Waited over 20 minutes for a terrible order. They did me dirty. Also made me pay extra for just ice in a cup. Paid over 20 dollars for barely any food.

I get the same thing just about wvery Sunday. Two orders each with a piece of chicken. Did you stop giving a biscuit with the chicken because I got all the way home and no biscuit in either order. People don't care about service anymore

I've eaten Popeyes a very unhealthy amount in my life. Just genuinely the worst chicken I've ever gotten at the franchise. My biscuit also had an odd off flavor. My drink was literally full to the lid with ice. The fries were undercooked. Oh, also they didn't give any of the ordered sauces. I'll never go here again and neither should you.
