Purchased an Italian Diablo & some potato salad. Both were very good. I have been having a little trouble finding a convenient nearby sub shop, gave Primo a try and it worked out well. I really appreciate the ability to order & pay on line. You can request a pick up time when ordering which is also very convenient.

Stopped by Primo’s for their turkey hoagie on a plain roll and had a solid experience overall. The turkey was fresh and flavorful, with generous portions that made for a satisfying meal. The plain roll was fresh and had a nice texture - not too dense, held up well to the fillings without falling apart.
The vegetables were crisp and the condiments were well-balanced. The staff was friendly and attentive - they took my order promptly and were happy to answer questions...

It's hard to find a great team nowadays. Rude worker! However, I don't expect to spend $36 on my food and drive 23 mins for rudeness.

They missed an ingredient, and I didn't expect to be fact-checked in the manner I was as if I would lie about a pepper. After offering to go get my food out of the car, she continued to yell at the worker across the counter. She shoved 2 baby long hots in a side cup angrily.
