Maybe I'm spoiled, coming from a place with many great ramen shops, but I was disappointed here. The pork broth was good, and the pork belly pretty good, but it ends there. All of the ingredients were added ice cold, leaving a room temperature bowl of broth and cool noodles and additions. Disappointing.

Let's just say I have never had luke warm ramen before til I went to this place. My husband's Ramen was worse! It was cold!! Noodles were over boiled and they ruined the texture of them. Chashu pork was very bland and rubbery. I give one star for the soy sauce flavored half boiled egg. I will not go back this place.

Was very excited to try this new ramen spot in Deco! I got the Mayu Ramen bowl that consisted of a pork broth and black garlic flavors. Overall the pork belly was good and the ingredients were fresh. The broth needs some work and felt was too thick. I think the black garlic was a bit over powering and I could not taste anything else in the ramen after having some broth. It's still new and I'm willing to try other ramens there. This bowl however wasn't really my thing

I have been watching Ramen videos on YouTube for the better part of a month, and when I express how desperately I've been craving a good Ramen, I express no hyperbole.I do not state this lightly, this Ramen not only satiated my craving, but it knocked me socks....OFF! I have no socks on anymore. I fighting off the urge to steal the rest of my wife's bowl as I type this. I will be returning again, and again! I loved loved loved it.

Spicy Miso Ramen at Rebel Ramen, I thought it was well prepared and it tasted very good with a nice aroma of mirin. I think the soft boiled egg had spoiled. Otherwise a good lunch spot downtown.

I've been to this establishment a few times now and the food is awesome everytime! They have a good amount of toppings and if one of their listed bowels don't suit your fancy, you can build your own. There's also vegetarian options. and the bubble tea taste great! I always get the honeydew but I might try the brown sugar next time. and they are quick too! I've never had to wait more than 5minutes to get my order. I highly recommend giving this place a chance.
Unfortunately, I didn’t like the dish or the price point for what you get. Small portion, and the taste was very bland. I’m also not used to spending this much on ramen.Side note - you order and pay at a kiosk which asks you to add a tip. Really sick of seeing this. Pay your workers more and stop asking for the consumers to subsidize their pay.

The broth is as plain as just water with salt. Even the speedy noddles bought from Costco better than this. I doubt the chief knows what real ramen looks and tastes like.It will be miracles if this store last longer than 3 months
