The “katsu” is not katsu, and the bun is the worst I’ve ever had. They give you the bao ingredients and have you assemble the sandwich yourself. The ramen is just above lukewarm and the portions are small for what you pay for and what is expected for ramen, even in the US. And the server wouldn’t answer even one question, just cut me off.
Rebel Ramen offers a mix of experiences. Some find the ramen disappointing with cold ingredients, while others are excited about the fresh ingredients in dishes like the Mayu Ramen.
