The waitress Mellisa is top-tier! Our meal hit the spot. She was always careful not to place hot plates or drinks in front of my children and she gave excellent food recommendations . She was just so very attentive, even down to the to-go boxes. It’s not often we get out during the weekday with our kids and it was so refreshing to have such a great experience with such great customer service! Mellisa is a rockstar server!
Always enjoy eating at this Red Robin. Food tastes great and the service is good. Had take out this time and was happy with how the food was packaged. They gave me so much extra guac with my chips.
Have been to many Red Robin locations. Was surprised to find this one very rundown and dirty. From the overgrown gardens out front full of weeds, to hand marks all over the front doors, to tables left piled high with people’s plates and drinks who had long left the restaurant, it was disappointing and I honestly lost my appetite. Go to a restaurant on Concord Pike.
