Well, It's a Starbucks!!! The service here has always been great when I come in, BUT... The atmosphere is Horrible. definitely the worst I've seen anywhere in the Delaware or tristate area. The lighting is horrendous with the lowest most uncomfortable chairs. This isn't an enjoyable location to chill with friends or get work done. I'm sure this company can do better.
The new Egg, Pesto & Mozzarella Sandwich is what brought me back, but after FINALLY experiencing a genuinely polite person running the drive-thru window, I'll certainly be back more often. Stop in and give this location a try.
I went in on a Thursday to get my BOGO. I usually order ahead online but I didn’t this time because I was right around the corner. I told the girl at the window who was clearly training to apply my coupon. She nodded and scanned my code for me to pay. I had a gut feeling she didn’t apply the code but didn’t look up the receipt until I got home. I realized later in the day that she did not apply my coupon when I called Starbucks to let them know their solution was to come...
