I should have checked the reviews....they are stingy. If they could they will give you only the bread. Service is terrible - I mentioned to the guy in the beginning "footlong Italian bread toasted". He puts turkey on the bread and I ask him to put cheese on one half of it which he did. We continue with veggies etc and I was like....did you toast it and he was like you never mentioned. I have been to bunch of subways and whether I mention or not (which I did in this case) they always ask before putting the veggies if the customer wants it toasted. He puts the veggies like as if there's a food shortage and then toasts after putting everything on it. I also asked him to put onion on only one side which he did. Then he quickly wraps the entire sub together- shouldn't you cut and wrap it separately especially because I asked cheese on only one side and onions on only one side. I tell the billing lady - that I need it separately wrapped and she goes - you should mention that before he wrapped. And I think you should ask the customer the right questions. Not going there again!

For the price, there's not enough meat to roll. Had the Steak Teriyaki which had too much gristle. They seem to be getting worse. Last visit to any Subway again. You make out better going to WAWA.

Overpriced, protein bowl: wilted lettuce, did not like taste of chicken after first bite, asked clerk to exchange it for a small tuna sandwich and he adamantly refused. After spending $14 and tipping I expected to be satisfied with my food, he had no intent, nor did he care. He said it would be a waste. I would have to buy a sandwich if I wanted to eat. I've worked in customer service over 30 years. This is the worst experience I have had and a complete lack of empathy. He began to raise his voice to me. Threw it out as I left the shop, will never return. He values his wilted lettuce, more than a 5 star review from a satisfied customer. Will never do business with them again. Thank you.

In one word: StingyIf possible they will literally just serve you bread and charge for the entire sub. They are so stingy in putting anything as if you are getting the sub for free. I was so unhappy that he was putting everything so little that I asked him to be little generous and he ended up charging me extra. I guess it’s the owner who train his employees to be stingy. Very poor service

Subway has always been great for me. It's a shame that the more expensive stores that offer less bread options and the bread is not even fresh, get more hype. I wish I had a Subway close to home.

Different cheesesteak #1100 in the last five years. Call 911 someone stole my meat. Get a mental picture of the sandwiches you see in the subway commercials and then look at my pictures. Fresh roll and flavor.

If I could give no stars interview I would. First, me and my wife ordered subs that took forever to get made and when we asked for particular toppings they barely put any on i.e. banana peppers (4 single slices) on a foot long. We asked for more and were ignored intentionally. When we went to pay, they refused to take valid coupons, whenever told them to keep the subs, only then did they accept them. The place also was very unclean and workers rude.The worse part is you can only email corporate about complaints in which they send to the specific store that doesn't address the problem anyway.Here was their response:Dear William Newsom,I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and sharing your feedback regarding your recent Subway® experience.At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I walked in just as a group of 3 came in, fine, I was taught wait your turn. Lady took a long time to assist them. As she is taking her time. I hear online order coming in. A girl comes to the front, to help her, the lady tells her to go back to the back. Me still waiting. Once the group in front of me pay and leave, she says you want a sandwich. I told her I wanted a footlong Italian herb with cheese. She informs me they are all out,fine, I ask for something else. She grabs the bread, lays on the counter and she starts working on the online orders instead of my order. I waited almost half an hour, by this point I was hangry and stormed out. Waited 30 minutes left with nothing to eat. Just horrible ?
