Excellent night at Sullivans last night! The staff was engaging and on point from the bar, to our server Tyler to the food runner Zack. The food was delicious and everything cooked perfectly. The staff even went above and beyond with the birthday celebration. Thank you to the management and staff for getting everything off without a hitch.

The service is great! We had Hunter as our waitress. It was lunch and I liked that we didn't wait too long for our food. I definitely will be back!

We went for Father's Day. Food took very long to come out. Wait staff did not check on us often. Had to wait 20 min for carrot cake only to be told they ran out and just bagged up comped cheesecake. Took 2.5 hrs to eat dinner due to how slow food was brought out. Would not return to that location. Carpet was dirty with spilled food from prior party and not cleaned up even after we pointed it out. Just and unpleasant exhausting and expensive dinner that wasn't worth it. Sullivans has really declined over the last few years.

The food was exceptional and the service was terrific! Nichols is always superb. He is friendly and accommodating. It was also nice that there were “runners” to refill drinks or check in.

It was ok. The service was friendly, but extremely slow. Not very attentive. The steaks were over charred, the stuffed shrimp was tasteless and dry. The cocktails were good. Not family friendly... there was a man in short-shorts and patterned pantyhose parading around as a server. Even the actual female servers wore pants, this guy was dressed inappropriately for the restaurant.

Although service overall was good, it was a little less formal than I expected. Everything was presented nicely and spaced out appropriately with drinks, apps, entree and dessert. My steak was excellent (bone in wagyu strip) and medium rare was spot on with a great sear. I was happy with the service, and never had to wait for more drinks, or anything at all, but I think that some might expect a little more formality from the waitstaff for a $200+ dinner for two, before tip. Also, could use a better beer selection if you are a beer drinker..
