Personally, every time I come to this stand alone Auntie Anne's the pretzel never taste fresh to me. At least the cinnamon pretzels don't. I recently went into this location last week and upon entering in when I got to the register I requested if I could have a fresh cinnamon pretzel made. the person notified me I would get one, but when I got down to the opposite end to get my pretzel, when I touched it, it felt stale. I went into Auntie Anne's to get a pretzel and their new dragon fruit lemonade. Now I went in 30 minutes before closing so my expectations were not very high. I haven't been in the area in a while and was surprised to see an Auntie Anne's in this location that was attached to the Jamba Juice.I had a reward to use on the Auntie Anne's app. They didn't have the dragonfruit lemonade so I had to get the frozen one. Service is always horrible. The dough of the pretzels are always inconsistent. The wait time usually goes from minimal to longer. I kept trying to patronize them giving them an opportunity to get it right. Tonight (11/20/23) was the last visit.
