“One of the few places I HAVE to stop at when I go to the mall. They are great for a fast treat and have added a bunch of new choices. Thier cinnamon pretzels are still by far my favorite. The Auntie Anne's in the concord mall is one of the best in the area, they give speedy service and offer good quality food.“

“This establishment is highly accommodating to vegans such as I with their delicious hot chocolate at no extra cost to bear plant milk (unlike some of those unethical large chains). That lead to an enriching conversation between Christian and I. Their wide variety of coffee flavors also gave me a delightful breakfast flavor this morning with their Smores-flavored brew.“
“Real nice duo of guys working august 13th. I didn’t catch their names but when I went in there at 12P, they were killing it and working hard with the drive thru and service desk. You don’t get customer service like that anymore. My first experience with this place and I’d definitely come back!“

The pretzels are delicious and perfect, and even on a busy day - like, for example, 5 hours before kickoff of the Super Bowl, we were able to pop in, snag 8 hot pretzels and be on our way in moments.
