Food is not good like it used to be, Taco meat reminds you of how cat or dog food looks, then their food is always cold. Especially the fries. Everytime I get the chalupas they are brick hard

I've had lunch at this location with a colleague several times over the course of the past year. The customer service is excellent. Every employee seems to genuinely care about the job they are doing, the quality of their product and the experience of their customers. The restaurant is always clean and well appointed.
