Very good food for a great price!
Great food, great staff!!
Bacon was fried and tasted like fish. She got the scrapple hash brown burrito. Came with out hash brown. The waitress took it back and 1 minute later brought it back full of cold home fries. We decided that we will not go back.

We went for breakfast and everything was delicious and cooked perfectly.
My meal today was truly enjoyable 😉
Stopped for lunch and the sandwich and homemade soup was delicious.
Have eaten here many times, mainly lunch and never disappointed.
The waitress seated us immediately, took our drink orders and was attentive throughout but not intrusive.
Restaurant is clean and orderly and I feel fairly priced

Visited this restaurant with my daughter on May 22, 2026, after having shopped at a nearby Amish nursery (which was beautiful). We both loved our food and the ambience. We moved to Delaware from Tennessee about 10 years ago and we have been looking for a nice little family restaurant/diner ever since. This is the place! Returning with a friend tomorrow for brunch. :)

Went to Mike & Mel’s and was given a completely raw chicken and when asked to get it cooked they were very rude and unprofessional about it.

We have worked with Mike & Mel’s on several occasions at Keller Williams Realty Central Delaware and our experience is always top notch!
Most recently, Mike provided incredibly homemade pies for our client appreciation event in November and a few weeks ago he catered a fundraiser lunch we had at the office. The subs and salad was delicious!
Mike puts excellence in everything he does and it shows. He and his team made our events run smooth and easy! Thank you, Mike!
