Good service from friendly staff. Cup of beef vegetable soup was tiny and contained one bite of beef. Caesar salad was fresh enough, but dressing was in a plastic pouch like at a fast food place.

I've been to Hall's many, many times. Mike and Mel's is everybit as good. Nice people. Nice pies. Nice food.
only 4 stars because the serving sizes do seem smaller and, oh my goodness gracious.... where's the best Oyster Stew? I miss that sooooo much.

Nov. 2024: Our ROMEO group met here for breakfast a week or so ago. Service was fast and friendly. Breakfast and coffee were great. Will be back for our December meeting.

Looking a little more diverse with the staff and customers. Used to be for the "older" consumer only but I was pleasantly surprised to see otherwise. Food was delicious....the fried flounder looked so good I wanted to trade plates with someone who ordered it...I will be back for the cream of crab they were out of it this trip.

Waitress was very nice. Mash potatoes with gravy was cold and had to be returned. Prime rib AuJus was too salty. Not worth 17.00 dollars. Plus they use to give two pieces of liver with liver and onions. Now you get one. Bob Evens gives two big pieces of country fried stk. And you give one. A big difference. Plus Bob Evans is 1.00 dollar cheaper
If you increase your prices ,must give money's worth . I'm not trying to insult anyone, just telling the trueth from 30 years experience as a manager owner.
