“I’ve been eating at David’s for many years, but over the past few months, the service and quality have really gone downhill—both in the food and customer service. When you order online, you often don’t receive exactly what you ordered, and when you go to pick it up, no one even tells you that substitutions or changes were made.

David’s used to be known for their great biscuits, but lately, they haven’t even been fully cooked. The whole sandwich falls apart in your hand because of the undercooked biscuit. I’ve also asked for my bacon to be cooked a certain way, and they just make it however they want.

Most recently, I went in at 7 AM (when they’re supposed to be open), and the door was still locked. I really like supporting local businesses, but this is the kind of experience that drives people away.“

“Ok, so a little background; my husband and I watch out alot, he usually ends up wearing his contractor clothing, you know he's sometimes a little dirty or has paint on him and it doesn't matter what he looks like, this place always treats us right in both customer service and quality of food. We've had quite a few annoyances in the past with other food establishments, but this specific longhorn and (now that I think about it, We've never had a bad experience at any longhorn location including out of state) but this specific location is our personal favorite, great staff, always. Great food, always! You can never go wrong with longhorn steakhouse.“
