“I'd just like to express my sincere appreciation for Joleen after this mornings fiasco.
My husband's car is getting fixed so I had to take him to work, along with our 4 year old and 2 year old. Along the way, the kids started sobbing about their hunger so we pulled into Sonic (also my husband loves their breakfast). Of course, we got there just a few minutes too early (go figure) and nobody answered the drive thru lane and I said oh, are they even open yet? Then a friendly voice came over the speaker and said they weren't open for 7 minutes but she was willing to assist us now, she just needed a little extra time/patience.
We placed our orders and waited for the food to come out, and then this sweet girl actually apologized about OUR wait/delay (like we weren't the idiots who showed up before opening).
I'd just like to thank her so much for her kindness and let her know how much she is appreciated. I had a very very happy family this morning.“
“Although it is (unfortunately) started in Oklahoma, I am from Texas and this is a "staple" like another restaurant that rhymes with "Waterburger". If Florida could step up the taste and food choices like Texas, we would eat there more than occasionally. But I do stop in for the slushies and "Halloween Corndogs" and the occasional "Footlong Cheese and Onion" that taste pretty good.“
