“The sushi burrito with tuna and veggies was super good! The tuna tasted fresh, and the veggies gave it a nice crunch. It’s a fun twist on sushi and really filling without being too heavy. Definitely something I’d order again. On top of that, the customer service was great—friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better.“

“Consistently the best hands down! The team is nice and the facility is clean. I always get the Rain of Fire - it's super spicy depending on your tolerance to spice. I'd recommend removing the wasabi peas and/or the jalepeno to tone it down.“

My daughter and I went to the St. John's location where we ordered cocoa waffle, plain Korean chicken, coconut blue, peach green tea with Crystal pearl, fried French toast and a cute plush. Total was about 50$ before tip. All of it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and the inside was clean.“

“Yummy! The tea was awesome. I'd ordered mango yogurt tea with mango boba. It was perfect consistency and flavor. Impulse added mango pudding. It was sweet perfection. Could have eaten 10 of them :) definitely going to come here very often.“

“I love Gong Cha so much. This place has better boba tea than anywhere else in JAX. Lots of other places are just overly sweet smoothies and stuff, but this place is ACTUALLY tea, AND smoothies, AND coffee. Everything is insanely customizable as well.
Be adventurous here, it pays off better and better every time.
Wintermelon is an amazing choice every time.
Also the brown sugar milk tea styled iced coffee. Hello, if you've never tried it, change your life for me real quick and give it a sip.
Gong cha is authentic boba tea. Never gotten stale boba from them in my life and I've been a patron to many of them across the states for a very long time.

“Shocked the reviews are not higher. I love boba drinks, have fairly high expectations and think this place is phenomenal. The milk cheese teas are great too, if you want something a little different. This is authentic, high quality and delicious.“

“I loved the gluten free options! Only complaint I have if any, was the wait time was a little strange. Didn’t have many customers (4 total) and I waited over 20 minutes for an Italian bubble sandwich. The crew wasn’t super quick to get things done. The sandwich was good but I feel like the customer service could be worked on.“

“My second time here, and the place was packed with local Vietnamese and Chinese customers — always a good sign! I came back because their dishes are quite authentic.
Just like last time, we ordered the vermicelli combination and the special pho combo. Both dishes were as delicious as before. We also tried the fried chicken wings with fish sauce — crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.
To take home, we got two banh mi sandwiches for dinner. I especially enjoyed the grilled pork banh mi — savory, well-marinated, and satisfying.“

My bf and I went into OMG Cafe & Tea and the customer service was beyond, I was saddened there wasn’t more customers there. It looked as their family ran and each one of them was dedicated to the craft. They had more than teas, offering full meals + appetizers as well. Really adorable teddy bears to top your tea. “The food is very authentic. The flavors are amazing! There’s a lot to choose from on the menu! The staff is wonderful. Definitely recommend. We go to Pho99 a lot! I’d have to say the best Vietnamese/Thai in restaurant in Jacksonville hands down.
