The ice cream is so so good. The vibe is cheery and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and prompt. Lucked out with a fresh, still warm, waffle cone. The vegan chocolate is rich and amazing. Will be back again.

There are healthy options for a sweet treat, and a welcoming place to sit out front. Millie's is one of the best ice cream places in Jacksonville, with unique flavors not found anywhere else.
