Can I just say that the Shift Leader Kenny at Hendricks Tropical Smoothie is always on Point. He receives the Order make sure it’s what the customer wants, ask if he needs to add or take anything off. Not to mention he takes his time but in a fast orderly way and packs it and calls my name. Then brings it to me! Even though I can’t see him smiling under that mask you can tell he does a lot to be a Young Leader. Keep it up Sir! Love it...been there 5 times within the last week!! its a little addicting !!
I was just in the parking lot and it was pouring rain and I watch one of the associates holding umbrella over a mom and a young infant just to walk them to their car and make sure mom and baby stayed dry what amazing customer service
