“I made a simple order and they couldn't get it right. Large UNSWEET tea, Fish Sandwich with ketchup only and onion rings. Simple, right? Apparently not. I got a SWEET tea, regular fish sandwich with tarter sauce and cheese, it was NASTY, and regular french fries.. people CAN'T READ, or simply don't give a damn about the customers order and management is just as bad. You complain about anything and they get all pissed off at the customer because their employees can't read. I'm never visit this location again. Waste of time and money. Don't bother with this location.“
“I know it's BK. Clearly not a 5 star restaurant, but I came to the dtive through for an impossible burger with everything and I was not disappointed. They were pretty busy but service was fast and efficient and best of all my burger was exactly the way I wanted it. It was hot. fresh and tasty.“

“Thankful to have a BK nearby especially since its a childhood favorite that always brings back a bit of nostalgia. From the first time visiting this location the staff is always so upbeat so on point in keeping together and just knocking out orders. I've rarely ever waited even during lunch rush.
I understand many may think I'm overthinking it, but I truly appreciate and respect when anyone working FF and can still have a smile through their busy day. 10/10 will continue to go to this location.“
“I like coming to this location. It is really clean and staff is very friendly. The shift manager Jamisha is super sweet and makes sure your taken care, and not to mention the service is outstanding. Would definantely recommend this location to everyone. Keep it up👏“
“The staff was nice .I was asked for my choice of sauces and received plenty of napkins. I received my food very quickly. Everything was fresh.
Hated the fish but loved the hot fries and medium drink with little ice.
Notice - fish was three times smaller than usual. It was a little , bigger than Mc Donald fish fillet. It included lettuce, pickles and tartar sauce.
Price-okay.“
“Omg!!!! They have the best drive thru lady!!! I was just there Wednesday the 30th in the pm after 5 maybe!!! The lady in the drive thru is one of the best at customer service!!!! She really should give classes on the subject!!! I hope they are paying her what she is worth, and if they aren't they need to give her a raise!!! I'll be back soon!! “I should've learned my lesson by now about visiting this particular location. No matter how many times I go there's always an issue. Whether it's with the service or the food it doesn't matter. There's going to be something wrong. The 2 Whopper Jrs that I got were delicious and great. The Chicken Little was old or at least had been fried in old grease. I took one bite and my stomach started turning. I attempted to call the store because I was in the other side of town but of course no one answered. Oh well, I'll learn one day.“
“This has to be the BEST Burger King we've ever visited!! The folks making the food today, Sunday, October 19 12pm were on point! My husband and I both commented and said, "Now THAT'S how you make a Whopper" Positively perfect!“
“I work down the street from this location and often will visit with my mom after getting off. Everyone is always so kind and the experience is always a good one! “I ordered the BBQ brisket burger but received the onion burger. Which was surprisingly delicious. But I still want the Brisket Burger. They had this Frozen Strawberry Lemonade advertised but when I tried to order it I could only jus get it as a regular Lemonade not frozen.“
“I would say the young lady that works drive thru and the counter she need help bad every morning I go in there she's doing three and four jobs at one time with no help about me being a retiree I'm not in a rush to go to work when I come inside to place my order but just think about the ones that got to go to work and be on time it takes a while to do the drive-thru and get the customers at the counter all right Burger King send us some help thanks“
“Idk if its just the whoke BK brand or what but every bk i go to seems to be no better than mcdonalds as far as food quality goes, and the amount of beef. Could get twice as much meat for less at the grocery store or other chains like checkers and wendys. There is almost always more sauce than actual beef on the burgers. Nice clean redteraunt and experience besides, regards to the workers doing their thing.“

“I have not eaten Burger King in a long time and today I was in the area at a class and I had one hour to eat lunch and I decided to go to the Burger King as I was driving by it. It was orderly inside - the place was clean and I was treated kindly and respectfully by the Service representative at the counter. I ordered the two whopper juniors because it was cheaper than getting a regular whopper and it was also cheaper than buying one whopper Junior by itself because they had a special - five dollars. I waited about three or four minutes at the most period. I noticed in the back the manager was making sure everything was moving along and all the people that are working back there or wearing gloves and they were really nice. The work atmosphere seems to be very nice at this particular. Burger King. I am happy I stopped in. It is a very nice place to stop for a meal in Springfield on Main Street. When I’m in the neighborhood, I will stop back again.“
“One of the best food best service, quality of food was phenomenal. Everything was cooked perfectly. I can honestly not recall the last time that I have enjoyed a meal this much. And my family is here eating with my as well. And a 100% agree. 9pm at 8/21/25 . If you haven't told the people that work with you what a good job they're doing you would have to just be blind it was completely wonderful, and me and my family will be coming back. “I went thru the drive thru so I can’t comment much about appearance but when I got up to the speaker I was lost as I haven’t eaten at a BK in at least a year or more. The cashier was patient with me and got her manager to explain one of the meals for me to better understand. (Duo and trio meals). She was sweet and kind and when I went to pay I asked if I can get crowns for my kids even though I didn’t order a kids meal. She said how many kids and proceeded to give me 3 for my babies. When i received my meal it was hot and the cashier asked if I would please check real quick to make sure everything was in there, which it was! This surprised me a lot considering fast food places are so quick to get you out. Thank you for making me smile BK on Main Street! Keep up the good work!“
“10/30/24 around 9:55 p.m. - The service was amazing! I couldn’t hear the woman in the speaker, so she asked me to move forward. She took my order at the window and was very patient with me the entire time! They made my food correctly when I’m honestly very complicated! They also gave me extra of both my sauces I asked for! There was also young man too who was also very kind! My food was also very good- bussin. Thank y’all for the positive interaction! I was starving!“

“So, I previously made an order using my rewards for a cheeseburger at this location. Unfortunately I was not able to make it to the location to pick it up. I was in the area wanted a bite to eat and contacted Customer Support regarding the issue. I was told someone will get back to me within 48 hours. But I'm welcomed to speak with the manager at the location who may have knowledge of the item not being picked up. I must say the employees in the manager or very welcoming respectful and helpful. They communicated to each other what my issue was and made sure that it was taken care of without hesitation. I really appreciated that service and I want to say Miss Terry, Brandon and her crew you all are doing an awesome job Thank you!“
