The Burger Dogs had a wonderful time at Burger King. Arron was especially nice. He was welcoming and accommodating. ✌🏽❤️🍔🐕
NEEDS improvement with customer service skills..Very slow.
Went through the drive thru while in Jacksonville. Fairly nice B.K compared to some others I've been too. Gentleman at the drive thru was very friendly, nice and professional. Thats something you don't see everyday at a fast food restaurant.

Burger King's service can be slow and unaccommodating, but the younger female employees, like Whitney, are often friendly and efficient. Many customers have noticed their positive attitude and helpfulness, which makes them feel welcomed. The restaurant can sometimes lack respect and welcoming behavior towards customers, but recent visits have shown improvements in customer service. The drive-thru experience has also received praise, with staff being polite and informative. Additionally, using the $3 Whopper Wednesday promotion can result in a positive experience with a Whopper and large fries at a good value. Overall, the friendly service and quality food make it a place worth returning to.
