I seriously do not understand what the problem is at this location. They regularly decide not to turn food items off in the app, for items that are out of stock. I'm told that this can be done, but for some reason it's been two times this week that I've ordered something they didn't have. One time, they ran completely out of all hamburger patties. The other time they ran out of cheesy tots and that's the only reason why we even placed an order because someone was craving cheesy tots. I know that in the grand scheme of things this is not a big deal, but I don't have an unlimited amount of time and the 45 minutes that I took to go here could have been spent on something else. I find this kind of operation completely misleading, unethical and a representation of what Burger King actually thinks of their customers. It's not even possible to reach a live person if you call Burger King customer service, so I actually have numerous orders that I haven't received that Burger King has taken my money for and still has not refunded me. Where I come from, if you take someone's money and have no intent of delivering a product or giving it back in a timely manner, it's theft. How is this not theft Burger King?

Manager, supervisor, employees had an attitude. Poor customer service. They were all looking at me extremely aggressive. Look like they wanted to start a fight. Racial treatment and discrimination. The manager followed me outside the door and I wasn’t sure if she was trying to start a problem or a fight, I was with both my boys so I kept walking towards gas station next door to avoid any confrontation in front of them. But how I was treated, it wouldn’t surprise me if they took it there. This Burger King needs better customer service and people who understand customers and go above and beyond for them instead of making them feel like they want to start a fight. Would not recommend this Burger King to anyone based on this terrible experience.

I can’t leave a review for the food because at 825pm employees were to busy hanging at the entrance laughing and after waiting 3-4 minutes I drove around to see those same employees hanging behind the counter ignoring the drive thru. I’d give 0 ⭐️s if I had the option. I went across the way to a competitor- Wendy’s- where they were fantastic and readily available to take orders. Apparently, I wasn’t the only customer ignored tonight from what I gather. This is why I don’t typically stop at Burger King. I don’t care which location it is- I run into this problem just about every time.

The service at this place is horrible. It is supposed to be fast food but they are so slow that it is better to go to a restaurant. The service is terrible, you walk in and no one welcomes you, after waiting forever for someone to deign to serve you, they treat you like what they are doing to you is a favor and then it takes another eternity to receive your order.

Really bad service we waited almost 15 minutes when someone coming to take the order and we was the first at the line, after that 20 minutes to receive our order, this not is supposed is fast food.The place is really nasty the floor is completely sticky, like Noone clean in months.

As long as the younger female employees work it’s a really good place to go. Sometimes they lack respect because they are young and I’ll mannered. Getting past the front counter experience is the hardest part. But for the most part 8.5/10
