“Blue Bamboo is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Jacksonville. The food was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can tell real care goes into every dish. The Sichuan bowl was packed with bold flavor without being overpowering, and everything came out hot and beautifully presented.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the customer service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind from start to finish. They made great recommendations, checked in at the right moments, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.

“I really enjoy coming here. Whenever I can, I’ll eat breakfast here and sometimes lunch as breakfast. Everybody is nice and engaging and I appreciate that as a customer. Five star rating all around. Come here for breakfast you won’t be disappointed. However, if there’s something wrong, just let them know and they’ll try to make it right.“

He is just with this place needed and he really exceeded our expectations and we will be back to see him super super amazing he is working on every angle. He’s the manager. He’s reading everyone. “I went here on a Friday afternoon at about 2pm. The bartender Sarah was awesome. Fast service with great personality. The food was top notch. The only complaint was tiny amount of the cucumber, onion, and goat cheese salad (which was amazing.) I will return.“

“This was our first time at a Maple Street Biscuit Company. The staff was absolutely amazing - answering our questions about the menu and even having their entire kitchen staff change their gloves due to a food allergy. It was a busy time of day but the staff still went out of their way to make sure that my family was taken care of - not pushing people through the line like many similar places do. The inside and outside of the building was extremely clean. The areas for drinks, utensils and condiments was stocked well and organized. The handmade biscuits were delightful. We look forward to coming back next time we are in town!“
