Everyone is so friendly and even when they are slammed packed busy (because they're so sought after) they handle it with ease and keep everything moving smoothly. “The associates were very friendly and helpful. The sandwich was ok, except I specifically asked if the subroutine was soft because I can't bite it if not. They, all 4, said oh yes it is definitely soft. I got my sandwich exactly as I wanted it fixed, EXCEPT, the roll isn't soft. I will definitely recommend the place because of the staff and fresh delicious food, but I can't eat the sandwich without taking it apart.“

“Wow! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter is Gluten free and we had heard that they had a GF roll. They changed gloves, had an individually wrapped sub roll, had a separate tray, utensils and condiments. They took so much care with her food to prevent cross contamination. This is our new go to sub spot! Felt very safe and she didn’t get sick! Yay!“

“Excellent cheesesteak! Unfortunately, the Penny Pinchers are taking over. I asked for a ketchup on my cheesesteak. They had none. Not a squeeze bottle for the grill. Nor packets of ketchup for the customers. But, the cheese steak was excellent, mwah! 😘“

They referred me to the Regional Manager who got me refunded and set me up for a sandwich.
