so my friend and to the cove last night which was Friday. I have not visited this establishment for over a year but I really liked the atmosphere. I ordered the Gator bites which use to be their best appetizer in my opinion. I got the appetizer their was about 10 small bites in the basket . they were so tough u couldn't even pull them apart so we didn't eat one they weren't edible. We have literally had to walk out because of a waitress refusing to come to our table. When we approached the bar tender she told us they knew we were there. We waited over 40 mins on a seemingly slow night for someone to get our drink order before we left. We’ve been a lot of times and have never had good service. It’s always a struggle to get a waitress. The food is rarely correct and warm, the bill is often incorrect. Wouldn’t recommend.
I went up here to get a burger. the parking is pretty bad but it's out in the country so it's too be expected. then I got indy the restaurant and was told to seat myself. I get a sweat tea and ask for a menu. I set the menu down and wait for the waitress to come back, then I watch 2-3 other groups come in and get served. but I was forgotten. so after 10 minutes I asked if I could pay for my drink and leave, then the waitress acted like I was being rude for asking to pay and leave.
