“We had the most incredible experience at O-Ku Alys Beach! Cassandra was our server, and she made the evening absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, it was hands down the best dinner we have ever had. We were celebrating our 11-year-old’s birthday, and Cassandra went above and beyond to make it truly special. The level of care, attention, and genuine warmth she showed us was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced at any restaurant. The food was out of this world—every bite was perfection. Fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. It’s rare to find a place that nails both world-class service and food, but O-Ku exceeded every expectation. This is a night our family will never forget. Thank you, Cassandra and the entire O-Ku team, for giving us the best dining experience of our lives. We can’t wait to come back!“

“This past weekend shaka hosted my baby shower outside on their gorgeous patio and it couldn't have turned out more perfect! They brought in someone to work the bar and helped cater to our every need. There was so much space and the venue was breath taking! Kenyon Deal is the guy to see. He made sure we had everthing we needed before all of our guests arrived and numerous guests who attended noted that is was the best baby shower they had ever been to! So greatful for the amazing staff and will be using them again for any future needs! 100 out of 10 would recommend.“

“Gather is located in watercolor inn and has a wonderful atmosphere inside. Dress casual or dress up you’ll fit in! We went two separate times and had great waiters and service. The food was good, but a little on the salty/vinegar side. The blackened mahi fish sandwhich was good and the truffle fries with aioli were our absolute favorite thing there. The Asian inspired bowl was good, but quite salty. The strawberry shortcake dessert left something to be desired; the shortcake was two large dry biscuits (?) with very minimal whip cream and a few strawberries. For the price it was not worth it and better desserts around town. We also got a to-go snack around 8:30 pm one night which consisted of the garlic parm chicken wings and a ceasar wrap with fries- unfortunately these were not good. Perhaps because they were to-go? The wings were dried to a crisp we couldn’t even pull the skin off. The ceasar wrap lacked fresh greens, and the fries were.. just fries.Overall we’d dine in again in the future when we’re back but might try different menu items.“

“On our bike ride from Seaside to Alys Beach, we fell upon old Florida fish house by accident about halfway. It’s right on 30a as you cross a bridge over in waterway. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but it is the coolest place. You will feel like you’re in a different place eating outside in there. They were serving a Sunday brunch when we arrived. We saw a bloody Mary bar and we decided to stay. The bloody Mary’s were delicious. We ordered three breakfasts and we enjoyed them all. We had the eggs with a duck fat potatoes, and it was delicious. Our friends had avocado toast with egg and one of them had avocado toast with smoked salmon. They had a pretty accommodating gluten-free options.I can’t even explain what it’s like in there. They even had music playing in the garden.It was such a nice find. We will definitely make it back there. Next time we come to Seaside. \nJust stop in and look.“

“We have a lot of Thai food experiences, in Thailand and in other countries. The green and red curry with fried tofu (vegetarian version) were over the top great and as hot as desired. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Nice calm atmosphere. Any time again. Thanks.“

“Our server was great, food was great - here’s my only complaint, and I take responsibility for not asking … but if “market price” for crab legs is $80… maybe mention that when someone is ordering 😱 Paid $120 for my 13 year old daughter and I to eat at lunch yesterday, and that was with no alcohol!“
