Would have loved to enjoy an ice cream cone after dinner, but the machine was broken Again!!! Not even a "Sorry" from the voice on the outdoor speaker. Since this was drive-through, zero stars for food and atmosphere.
Recently, this location has been falling behind. Any time I order a coffee, rather than making it, they throw cream and sugar in the bag, and every time I'm in the drive through, they ask you stay at the first window before being flagged down to come get your food. As someone who worked in fast food, i know it's because they want to keep time to serve down, but the best way is to train staff to be more efficient, not make customers block the drive through which will inevitably...read full review
